About the Principal, Yewande

Yewande has developed multifamily and mixed-use real estate totaling over $900M and 3,300+ apartments. Her projects span urban and suburban areas across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Texas. Yewande excels in pro forma underwriting, site acquisition, entitlements, and leasing. An avid traveler, she connects with diverse cultures, partners, and investors. Yewande holds degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and Wharton.
