About Us

Akoni Advisory & Investments

We are a future-forward real estate investment, development, and consulting enterprise with fresh leadership and respect rather than reverence for the past.

“Akoni?”, what does that mean?

Akoni means a cherished and invaluable possession in both Yoruba and Japanese languages.

Yoruba people emphasize that the cherished possession is collectively owned. Japanese people emphasize that the cherished possession is priceless and worthy of admiration.

At Akoni A&I the trust of our partners and sponsors is cherished and invaluable; it is at the heart of creating value together.
